Custer County Docket Limits
Public docket access is limited by Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 and court orders. iCourt states that sealed cases and sealed event entries do not appear in public search results. Juvenile records, protected addresses, adoption, mental-health material, minor information, and confidential family or financial data may be redacted or restricted. A missing public docket entry is not proof that no case or no hearing exists.
